Who we are

Port Studio is run by Figment Arts CIC (Community Interest Company no. 06364816), registered office Freedom Works, The Mill Building, 31 Chatsworth Road, Worthing BN11 1LY. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@portstudio.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you book an art desking session, or send a hire enquiry or contact message, we collect the details you give us (such as your name, email, and what you tell us) so we can respond and provide what you asked for.

Who processes your data

We use the following third parties to run parts of this site. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Cal.com handles art desking booking and scheduling.Cal.com privacy policy.
  • Stripe processes payments for art desking sessions, Open Studio bookings, and memberships. We do not see or store your card details.Stripe privacy policy.
  • Neon stores Open Studio booking records (date, time, name and email) so we can manage capacity and confirm bookings.Neon privacy policy.
  • Netlify receives hire and contact form submissions.Netlify privacy policy.

Cookies

The Cal.com booking calendar sets cookies, and it only loads on the art desking page after you choose to open it. The Open Studio booking widget talks only to our own booking system and Stripe at checkout — it does not set any cookies itself. The Join us page embeds Stripe's own checkout for membership sign-up (Open Studio uses the same approach), which loads for every visitor to that page (not just at checkout) and sets Stripe's own fraud-prevention cookies as soon as it loads.

Your rights
